My son wanted a neutral colored flannel with a hood, and this fit the bill. It’s soft and is in near daily use. While he would never admit to feeling the effects of cold weather, he can at least wear this shirt on the walk to school without embarrassing himself in front of his friends by doing something silly like wear a coat. It’s not super warm but it is a nice layer. (Or a parka, if you’re a 12 year old boy.)
