It's very comfy and cute, but definitely wouldn't stay in place during a cardio/HIIT workout. It would be cute enough to pair with jeans/sweater though! I am a usual size 8/medium and ordered a medium. I would size down if I ordered this style again to workout in specifically.I loved this tank top! Unfortunately I bought this weeks before the COVID-19 lockdown, so I only got to show it off once at a small gathering. However, I will be holding on to it with the hope that one day we will be able to go out on St. Patrick’s day again in the future!As expected- glitter doesn’t go everywhere
